Admission Guidelines (NEP 2020)

Please carry original documents along with the self-attested copies for verification at the time of Admission.

Age Criteria (As per Govt. Norms)

Criteria as on 31st March of the calendar year in which admission is sought.

Assessment Process

Foundation to JKG

An informal interaction with the child is conducted to understand the child's school readiness, developmental milestones, and special needs, if any.

SKG – IX and XI

There will be a written assessment designed to gauge language skills (Hindi + English), mathematical aptitude, general awareness, and specific subjects. Written evaluation is followed by an interaction.

* Photocopy of report-cards of last two annual examinations must be attached for Class I & above. Transfer Certificate (TC) is required.

X and XII Admissions

Provision for transfer cases from another district only. CBSE Registration Number, Progress Reports, and proof of family shifting (Affidavit/Transfer orders) are required.

Fee Payment Procedure

  • Admission fees must be paid before the due date to secure admission. (One-time, Non-refundable).
  • Quarterly fees are charged in **April, July, October, & January**.
  • Transport fee will be charged along with quarterly fee for Bus Goers.
For special concessions/discounts, please contact the Admission Department.

Mode of payment: Cash, Cheque, Credit Card, Online, or Demand Draft (in favor of School Society).

Transfer Certificate (TC) Rules

  • TC must be applied through a physical form (not via email).
  • 3 months notice (or 3 months fees) is required for withdrawal.
  • Processing takes a minimum of 15 working days.
  • Signature of DEO/CBSE is the parent's responsibility if needed.
  • All dues must be cleared before the TC is issued.

Consistent failure to pay fees or long unexplained absence (15+ days) may result in name being struck off.

Required Documents
  • Birth Certificate
    Issued by Municipal Corp/Registrar. Original required for verification.
  • Proof of Residence
    Aadhar Card, Voter ID, or Utility bill.
  • Report Cards
    Last two annual exams (for Class I & above).
  • Transfer Certificate (TC)
    Original TC from previous school. Countersigned for inter-board transfers.
  • Medical Fitness
    Certificate from a registered medical practitioner.
  • Migration Certificate
    For students transferring from non-CBSE/Recog. boards.
Important Warning

School does not accept any donations for admission. Beware of third parties making false claims. Please report such incidents to authorities.
